A FIRST FOR FASHION: HOT ONLINE FASHION FEEDING SOUTH AFRICA ONE SALE AT A TIME
Western Cape, South Africa – March 2013 – Hot Online Fashion, Voted #1 Online Fashion Store by Cosmopolitan Magazine, has launched another do-good initiative: “Click Where it Counts” in collaboration with FEED SA.
From March until May 2013, Hot Online Fashion will donate a percentage of every sale made to FEED SA. After which, shoppers will have the option of selecting whether they want to make a donation upon checkout or not. Hot Online Fashion’s Marketing Director, Daron Chatz says, “This is the beginning of something, we hope, will make a huge difference. I’ve worked with FEED SA before, so launching our inaugural initiative with them seemed right – but we’re looking for other organisations, that are close to our heart, to partner up with in the near future.”

Giving Back is the New Black
Earlier this year, Hot Online Fashion teamed up with Greenpop to pledge a tree for every 100 sales, and this is not the first eco-initiative adopted by the fashion etailer.
“We believe that we have a responsibility to give back, to reduce our carbon footprint and tread lightly – especially in designer shoes. Our eco-friendly approach echoes in everything we do, from our website that’s hosted on a carbon neutral server, to our printed collateral that only uses sustainably farmed paper and eco veggie inks”, adds Chatz.
